Join Karen for a week of uplifting Hatha Yoga in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of North Goa – blue skies, beautiful beaches and sunshine...

The retreat will be hosted by Karen at ‘Raj Angan’ (Sanskrit for Royal Courtyard), a traditional Portuguese Villa carefully designed to host exclusive retreats. The rooms of the villa unfold as your walk through the spacious interior revealing an eclectic mix of Eastern and Western artifacts that the owner has personally collected over many years. This simple, beautiful, boutique accommodation has a private swimming pool, gardens and a dedicated yoga studio. The cooking is completely organic, local and above all, delicious!

This exclusive retreat is for a maximum of 10 people to ensure that everyone is given personal guidance in their practice.

The retreat includes 6 morning Dynamic Flow Yoga classes and 6 afternoon classes of Gentle Hatha Yoga Classes. The afternoon classes may include asana (postures), meditation, yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (cleansing techniques) and question/answer sessions.

Karen welcomes everyone from complete beginner to advanced yoga practitioners and non-yoga practising partners. Everyone is free to enjoy the retreat in their own way.
