Wear loose, comfortable clothing and come with layers as you may warm up and cool down.Arrive early to allow yourself time to settle into your space.Do not eat within 2 hours prior to your yoga practice. If you do need to eat something, just have a small snack or a piece of fruit.Inform the teacher of any injuries or medical conditions.And... Don't forget to turn your phone off!
